01Introduction

Traffic Escape: Highway Unclogger (“the Game”) is developed and published by AHR Labs (“AHR Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We value user privacy and want you to understand how information is handled when you use the Game and this website.

This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information involved, why they are used, the third-party services that support the Game, how long information may be retained, and the choices available to you. It applies to the Android and iOS releases of the Game and to this website.

By downloading or using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not download or use the Game.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, AHR Labs is the controller of any personal data that it directly processes. Google and our other service providers act as independent controllers or processors for their own services, as described in their respective privacy policies.

02Information Collection & Use

Information you give us

The Game does not require you to create an account or log in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, contacts, photos, precise location, or other directly identifying information as a condition of play.

If you email us for support or a privacy request, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in the message. We use that information only to respond, investigate the issue and meet our legal obligations.

Information stored on your device

Game progress, including completed levels, stars, coin balance, booster inventory and preferences, is stored locally on your device. This local data is used to keep your progress between sessions and is not uploaded to servers operated by AHR Labs.

Information processed by third-party SDKs

When the Game uses online services or displays ads, the third-party services listed in Section 3 may automatically receive or process technical and usage information. Depending on your device, settings and consent choices, this may include:

  • Device and app information such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, country derived from IP address, app-instance identifiers and the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID).
  • Diagnostic and crash information such as crash reports, stack traces, device state at the time of a failure and performance metrics.
  • Gameplay and usage information such as levels started or completed, session duration, moves used, boosters used and aggregate feature usage.
  • Advertising information such as ad requests, impressions, clicks, conversions, frequency capping and the reward status of an opt-in rewarded ad.

How information is used

  • To operate the Game, deliver levels and maintain your local progress.
  • To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and improve stability and performance.
  • To understand how the Game is used, balance difficulty and improve features.
  • To request, display and measure advertising, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits.
  • To verify rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the security of the Game and our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

The Game does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos or health data. This website is a static information page and does not set advertising cookies or run website analytics.

03Third-Party Services & SDKs

The Game uses services provided by Google. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. We do not control the collection or use practices of these providers.

Google Play Services

Supports app distribution, core platform functionality and related services.

Google Privacy Policy
Google AdMob

Provides advertising, including optional rewarded ads, interstitial ads and banners. AdMob may process advertising identifiers and ad interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalization.

AdMob & Google data practices
Firebase Analytics

Provides aggregated usage analytics that help us understand how players progress through levels and which features need improvement.

Firebase Privacy & Security
Firebase Crashlytics

Collects crash reports and diagnostic information so we can identify and fix stability problems.

Firebase Privacy & Security

When required, the Game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before personalized ads or related data use. On iOS, if we access the advertising identifier, we do so only after the App Tracking Transparency permission has been granted. Third-party SDKs may transfer and process information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards described in their policies.

04Advertising & Device IDs

The Game is supported by advertising. It may use the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) to deliver contextual or personalized ads, enforce frequency caps, measure ad performance, prevent fraudulent activity and verify that a rewarded ad was completed before granting an in-game reward.

Rewarded ads are always opt-in: you choose whether to watch one in exchange for a stated reward. You can continue playing without watching a rewarded ad. Ads may also include interstitials and banners as described by the relevant placement in the Game.

We do not use the Advertising ID to identify you by name. Depending on your consent choices and local law, ads may be personalized based on your interests or limited to contextual signals. If consent is declined or unavailable, the Game is designed to avoid requesting ads that require that consent.

How to limit or reset ad personalization

You can control advertising identifiers and personalization from your device settings. The exact labels vary by Android version and manufacturer, but common paths are:

  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. From there you can delete/reset the advertising ID or turn off Ads Personalization.
  • Google account: visit Google Ad Settings to manage personalized advertising across Google services.
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to control app tracking permissions, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising for personalized ads.

Resetting an advertising ID does not delete all data already collected by ad providers. For their retention practices, please review the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob disclosures linked in Section 3.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may treat personalized advertising as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can use the controls above, or contact us, to limit that use.

05Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. The Game does not require an account and does not ask children to provide a name, email address, phone number or other direct identifiers.

Where the Game is designated as child-directed, or where an age gate indicates that a user is under 13, we require that advertising be limited to non-personalized ads and that personal information not be used for personalized advertising. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to make in-app purchases without an applicable parental gate or platform-level parental control.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact [email protected]. We will review the request and delete any personal information we directly control, as required by applicable law.

06Data Retention & Deletion

Local game data

Progress, coins, stars, booster counts and settings remain on your device until you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall the Game. Uninstalling the Game may permanently remove local progress unless your platform or a future cloud-save feature provides a backup.

Data controlled by third parties

Diagnostic, analytics and advertising data processed by Google services is retained according to Google’s policies and your account and device settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase’s privacy information for details. We cannot delete records held solely by Google, but we will direct you to the appropriate controls where possible.

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete any personal information that AHR Labs directly controls by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the platform you play on (Android or iOS), the approximate date you last played, and enough detail for us to understand the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or government identification.

Because the Game does not use accounts, we may not be able to identify data associated with a specific player, and we may ask for limited additional information to locate any records. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will explain any limitation. If we cannot identify data we control, we will help you exercise the relevant controls through Google and your device settings.

To stop future collection by the Game, uninstall it and, if desired, delete or reset your advertising ID using the instructions in Section 4.

07Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights: to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal data; to receive a portable copy; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

EEA, UK and similar jurisdictions

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for personalized advertising and optional analytics, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Game, and legal obligations where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

California and other US state privacy laws

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. You may have the right to know, delete, correct or opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise the opt-out controls described in Section 4 or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

08Security & International Transfers

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Because the Game does not require an account and stores progress locally, the amount of personal data we directly maintain is limited. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Game’s service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, those transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses implemented by the relevant provider. You can find more information in Google’s and Firebase’s privacy documentation.

If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us promptly at [email protected].

09Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, our third-party services or applicable law. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide an additional notice in the Game or on this website.

Your continued use of the Game after an updated policy becomes effective means that the revised policy applies. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the Game and uninstall it.
